Keith has been with KW Associates since 1993 and became the sole owner in 1998. He has been in sales since 1984 and has extensive experience selling to the power utility business since 1990. Under his leadership, the company's sales grew from $10 million to over $115 million.

TJ Sult - Indiana and DTE Territory Manager
T.J. Sult has been working with KW Associates since 2004, covering Indiana and DTE in Michigan. He manages important accounts like DTE, Duke, Vectren, IP&L, and NIPSCo. He's been involved in planning committees and enjoys spending time at baseball parks with his four boys, as well as being out on the lake and playing golf.

Tom McLean is a sales leader at KW Associates. He's in charge of sales in Wisconsin and has worked with big clients like WEC, ATC, and Alliant Energy. Before Wisconsin, he managed accounts in Iowa and Nebraska. Tom has over ten years of experience and focuses on building lasting client relationships. He enjoys family time, hunting, fishing, and coaching youth sports like baseball and football in his free time.

Jeff Keech has been with KW Associates since 2010. He manages IOU's, Public Utilities and Rural Electric Companies. He deals with Generation, Transmission and Distribution. Key Accounts include MidAmerican, OPPD, LES, NPPD. Jeff enjoys getting out and meeting with Customers and building relationships.

Andrew Crane - Michigan Territory Manager
Andrew Crane, P.E., Michigan Territory Manager for KW Associates since 2013. Responsible for Consumers Energy, ITC, Wolverine Power and the Municipalities and Cooperatives within the State. Andrew has an Electrical Engineering Degree from Kettering University and his Professional Engineering License. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family and tackling home improvement projects.
